    • Content: Designing “Organizational Learning Systems” that enable teams to learn from experiences and setbacks systematically. Applying the concept of reflection loops.
    • Activity: Designing a learning system for a hypothetical team based on its nature of work.

    • Content: Applying an “Advanced Change Management Model” that accounts for complex psychological and organizational aspects during radical change.
    • Activity: Developing a transformation plan for a hypothetical team facing a radical shift in its nature of work.
