    • Designing and implementing talent management programs and leadership pipelines (Succession Planning).
    • Strategies for fostering initiative and supporting continuous organizational learning.

    • Applying advanced impact evaluation models (e.g., the modified Kirkpatrick model, the Phillips ROI model).
    • Developing qualitative and quantitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress in closing organizational gaps.
